The Spice Girls singer - who is holidaying in Prague with her husband Stephen Belafonte and pals - was wearing high heeled Christian Louboutin shoes when she fell over and received a number of small lacerations and slight bruising on the lower part of her face. She tweeted: "Running in 7 inch louboutin no good http://www.canadagoosesshopping.com!! I'm wearing prauge on my face!!!
